I’ve had this happen myself Travis on a very rare occasion this can just mean a busy server or more commonly it means you need to sign out and back into the app. Please try that and see if it resolves your issue.

Hello, I'm also having the same issue with the energy gold rush app on my android phone. Saying request cannot be processed right now every time I attempt to login to the app. I tried signing in, logging out and reinstalled the app didn't help fix the issue.
