reCAPTCHA


Good Afternoon! I'm working with a new consultant and she's trying purchase the EGR system but can't seem to get past the reCAPTCHA to purchase the product. She is in Canada; I'm not sure if her location would have any bearing on the situation. I asked her if she's entering the information correctly and she said yes. She said she's tried multiple times without success. Have you heard of any issues like this arising or is this probably user error? Thanks!

We have had some issues with that. We’re currently in the final stages of testing on a new enrollment system which does not have the reCAPTCHA on there. In the mean time what I’d suggest is trying a different browser. For some reason certain browsers have an issue with it on occasion. Chrome is what we do all our testing on so it’s always the goto. Give that a shot again if it still does not work let me know I can do a manual enrollment over the phone if needed.
