I will be canceling my egr sight I AVE NEVER USED IT BECAUSE I CAN'T GET INTO IT PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT EVERY MONTH SINCE I SIGNED UP ALMOST A YEAR NOW NO MATTER HOW I TRY CALLI G, DO WHAT THEY SAY TO DO NOTHING NOTHING IS DONE SO PLEASE DONOT TAKE ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY CARD THNAK IN ADVANCE 06 /02 / 2017 i am losing not making.

Steven, We’ve had some billing issues for sure. Don’t know what happened but we’ve fixed it and refunded the payment.
